A simple yet essential nail trim that’ll have your kitty feeling polished and picture-perfect. $50.00 💃 Kitty Brazilian 💃 Keep it sleek, chic, and oh-so-sassy! Our sanitary shave comes in two tempting styles: • The Airplane Strip: A clean, smooth trim as wide as the blade. • The Monkey Butt: A heart-shaped trim on your kitty’s behind, guaranteed to turn heads and earn giggles. $95.00 (Matting fees may apply depending on severity.) 🐾 Impacted Feces & Medicated Treatment Fee 🐾 Cats with feces impacted on their bottom will require a medicated treatment to soothe irritation and ensure cleanliness. This often means the skin is inflamed and needs extra care. There is an additional $85 fee for the medicated treatment and the sterilization of our equipment and the medicated products needed to treat the area properly. 💋 The Ultimate Cat Spa Day 💋 Because your cat deserves the royal treatment! This all-inclusive package features: • A luxurious bath • Deep brush-out and deshedding treatment • Skin and coat conditioning • Nail care, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning, and anal gland expression $185.00 (Includes sanitary trim; matting fees may apply depending on severity.) Feeling Daring? Lion Cut Anyone? Ready to take it all off? No worries—leave the stripping to us with one of our signature lion cuts! From sleek and sassy to bold and dramatic, our lion cuts are guaranteed to leave your feline feeling like royalty. This VIP package includes: • Lion Cut Styling – $185.00 (adjusted for coat condition and/or matting) • Nail care, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning, anal gland expression, and deep skin conditioning Your kitty will be purring with confidence—and turning heads in every room. 🐾 Matting Fee 🐾 Say goodbye to knots! Matting fees range from $25.00–$50.00 depending on severity and apply to all packages. Mobile Services No time to come to us? No worries! With our fully insured pick-up and drop-off services, your kitty can travel in luxury while you relax at home. 🚗 Pick-up & Drop-off Fees: • Tacoma: $75.00 • Federal Way: $150.00 We have limited time slots for this service, so availability will be provided at booking. We require 100.00 non refundable grooming deposits to book any cat appointments with us. That is PER PET! These deposits require 24 hour notice of cancellation and are forfeited if you do if you do not cancel within 24 hours. It is transferable one time if you rebook within the 24 hour that you canceled originally. CANCELLATION POLICY
Kitty City Tacoma Cat Grooming – 48-Hour Cancellation Policy When you place a deposit for a grooming appointment, you are paying to hold your spot. As a small business, we rely on scheduled appointments and cannot afford last-minute cancellations or no-shows. • We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not show up, you forfeit your deposit, and your card will be charged the remaining balance owed for your grooming appointment. • If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance, your deposit is transferable one time to a rescheduled appointment. • If you do not use your transferred deposit for the next appointment you book, it will not be credited or refunded, and it will be forfeited. We require you to be on time for both drop off of your cat and pick up time you are given. Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no show . Your appointment will be cancelled your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the entire price of the appointment booked Again, your deposit is to hold your spot. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and business. We will not negotiate this policy for any reason. So my agreeing to this policy you agree that it is legal and binding
